Chris Hale

Dr Chris Hale offers a rare combination of transport strategy, economics, team leadership, research, curriculum and teaching, and project skills. Chris is the CEO and founder of Hale Infra Strategy Pty Ltd – based in Melbourne.
Dr Hale has acted as both a lead contractor and sub-contractor to a range of clients including, but not limited to: Asian Development Bank; US Federal Transit Administration; a substantial number of Australian local governments, and many more. He undertakes project work in Victoria, NSW, Queensland and Southeast Asia.
Chris has previously held academic and research positions at the University of Melbourne and the University of Queensland, with prior academic affiliations to Rutgers University (USA) and Stuttgart University (Germany).
