Stefan Meisiek

Stefan Meisiek is an Associate Professor in Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Sydney Business School. He holds a PhD in Management from the Stockholm School of Economics, and has held visiting professorships at Copenhagen Business School and the University of Hong Kong, and visiting scholar positions at Stanford, MIT Sloan, NYU Stern and ESADE.

His research looks at how leadership enables or constrains innovation – how leaders create the conditions for teams to challenge assumptions, question the status quo, and pursue genuinely new ideas.
