Arda Gezdur

Arda Gezdur is a senior supply chain leader, AI strategist, and educator with over 20 years of experience driving transformation across the medical devices, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors. He currently serves as Supply Chain Manager at Endotherapeutics, where he leads strategic operations, inventory management, and customer service integration across Australia and New Zealand.

Known for his practical approach to AI adoption, Arda has led initiatives in robotic process automation, ERP integration, and AI-driven demand forecasting. His leadership has resulted in measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency. He has also served as a project manager for major acquisitions, ERP rollouts, and 3PL transitions.

Arda recently completed his PhD at the University of Sydney, specializing in natural language processing applications for supply chain forecasting. His research bridges the gap between AI and operational decision-making, with published work in leading international journals such as Production Planning and Control,  International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management and International Journal of Logistics Management.

Arda is passionate about empowering supply chain professionals to harness AI strategically. He has worked closely with Dr Jyoti Bhattacharjya in the design of two microcredentials, Strategic AI for Supply Chain Management and AI Projects for Supply Chain Management.
