Alternative Protein Product Development – Fundamentals
This microcredential, the first of two, provides essential skills for producing alternative protein food products. Participants will learn about food protein chemistry, usage, characterisation, and functionality through lectures, tutorials, and practical workshops at the University of Sydney’s laboratories in Australian Technology Park.

Data analysis for precision health
The scale and accessibility of health and medical data have reached unprecedented levels, creating a strong demand for your expertise in extracting meaningful insights. In just a day and a half, you will learn essential statistical skills for analysing and interpreting health and medical data. Key topics will include linear models, mixed-effect models, logistic regression, and survival analysis. You will also address common challenges and discover practical workarounds, enabling you to translate data into actionable insights.
Centre of Veterinary Education
The Veterinary school offers short professional development courses to veterinarians and their practice staff through the Centre of Veterinary Education (CVE).
Established in 1965, the CVE has been a leader in transforming the careers of veterinary professionals, keeping them at the forefront of their profession. We ensure that ensures that participants in our continuing education intensives, short courses, workshops, and conferences benefit from proven curricula developed and delivered by leading experts, both in person and online. We offer continuing education covering behaviour, critical care, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, ophthalmology, pathology, surgery, ultrasound, and more for many species.
